Is Source Code Available?

    Hello,
    I am working with the disability services at the college that this site is for to try and get it accessible as to ADA standards. There are problems with the MH Magazine Premium theme that don’t allow us to use a search box in the site because it’s not accessible. There are a few other issues with the code that need addressing to make it ADA accessible as well. I am trying to find out if I have access to the source code for the premium theme. We are hosted through WordPress.com, so I’ve been told that we don’t have access to it, but how do we make it ADA compliant if we can’t access the code? What are your suggestions?
