Is private user limit only on viewers?

    Just a general question about private blogs: When I make people Editors, Authors, or Contributors (via Users > Add User), I see they are not automatically added to the numbered list of users who can only view the blog (under Options > Privacy > Add User).

    This seems to imply that the number of people added to the “admin” of the blog is still unlimited, and that those users will not count against the 35-user limit for viewers/commenters. Is that correct? Or will I hit the limit when the two lists combine to equal 35 users?
