Is an automated email distribution possible from wordpress website

    Hello,

    I am trying to send an automated email from content I publish on my website. Currently, I create content in excel (charts, txt, from data models) and then insert this into a template made in wordpress that then is published to my website. I then have to take that same excel material an insert it into an outlook email so I can send to my distribution. Is there a way to bypass this outlook email step and have some mechanism that will automatically send an email to my distribution from what I publish on my website without using outlook email.
