My word press account is currently inactive. I do not understand the reason for the £51.00 charge. When I signed up, I understood there was a one time payment. I did not sign up to any subscriptions.
Please issue a refund of £51.00 and stop any recurring payments from my account.

This account is only 2 hours old, so it cannot be charged for a purchase you made almost a year ago. So log in with the account that got charged! In the meantime you can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

The account with the upgrades connected is not inactive. You have confirmed ownership of the account by the trans ID you provided. Are you unable to regain access to the account? If not, you should be able to regain access to the account with the information you provided here.

Hello I still have not received my refund.
By inactive I meant the account was not being used.
I would be grateful someone could assist me with the refund as soon as possible

You’ll need to use the transaction ID you provided to regain access to the account which purchased the upgrade via https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
When that is done, you can refund the purchase under that account via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
