Invisible user has an active access to the blog

Hello,

An active user doesn’t appear in the “all users” list on my dashboard.
Maybe did we previously delete or change his email adress : does this have an influence ?
This user has an account as a reader, but I cannot upgrade his status because of this issue.

This user has an account as a reader, but I cannot upgrade his status because of this issue.

Readers/Followers cannot be “upgraded” in the “All Users” list because they do not appear there. They appear in your Reading>Site Visibility settings.

You first have to add them as a user. See here:
