  Hi all,
  I checked the slideshow feature and after a good 3 hours of breaking the keyboard and my vision, I realized that not more than one slideshow could be added..
  I read about an exclude feature there- I am not sure if thats what I am looking for. I am a newbie and want to add a few slides in the same post or the essence of the post would be lost..
  And yes- Google Chrome is perfect..

  Looks like the apperance problems are solved. My slideshows, several at the time, are now working correctly. Thanks WP-team!
