International refund

  • Good day. A refund was processed on ym accoubt kn 14 April 2024 already, however I have still not received the funds in my account. Could you please confirm if the funds are still being refunded or if the funds have perhaps been returned to you account. I have contacted my bank and they have stated they are not able to see any incoming funds on my account. The refund is to a South Africa bank account. It has been about 45 days now.
