Instagram widget not working

    Hey all,

    I’m trying to install the Instagram widget on my sidebar in the Publication theme, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Whenever I click on “Authorize account” in the Instagram widget box it takes me to a completely blank page & nothing happens. And just incase you’re wondering, yes, I am already logged into my Instagram account on the same computer when I’ve tried it.

    Does anyone know what might be the problem here, and how I go about fixing it?

    I have not been able to replicate your issue.

    This sounds like an issue with your browser. Have you tried using a different browser?

    Please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting http://whatbrowser.org/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
