Increase main column width
-
I just had a quick question. Is it possible to increase the main column width on the Twenty Fourteen theme? There is a lot of white space to either side and I would like to be able to use it to allow my text columns more space. Here is a link to my site: https://m2machinesarchive.wordpress.com/164-scale/auto-drag/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, on the full width pages, the default content area width is 474px. For text, it is best to keep things at 750px or narrower for better readability.
.full-width .entry-header, .full-width .entry-content { max-width: 750px; }
Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the above custom CSS and see what you think.

Thank you! That is exactly what I was looking for. Will this only change the width for the full width pages?

Yes, I only targeted pages that are set to full width. Are there other pages (not full width) that you want to change as well?
