Inaccurate view count?
-
Recently, I’ve noticed that although I may get 15 likes on a post in a day on my blog, my view count will be very low, like 2 views. It seems impossible considering the likes. How could this be fixed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve had this happen on mine as well. This has happened as the information in my tabs on my wordpress home page (ie. Reader, Freshly Pressed, etc) has vanished.

It’s not broken. There are several different ways that readers can start following your blog and they can click the like button without coming to your blog and reading the post on it. -

Your issue is not the same issue. There are other threads on the forum that are the on same issue as yours. -

http://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/A follower can click the “like” button when viewing your posts in the Readomatic reader on the home page of WordPress.com without visiting your blog or the Tag surfer http://en.support.wordpress.com/tag-surfer/ An email subscriber can click the “like” button in the email they receive of your new posts without visiting your blog.
P.S. To compel readers to click into my blog to read the full post I have set my RSS Feed to “summary” on this page > Settings > Reading
