Images taking ages to load.

    I’m not sure why, but the images on my site are taking an unnaturally long time to load.

    And before anyone suggests it, it’s not my internet connection. I live on a college campus, so I have a high-end educational-grade connection. 80Mbps up and down.

    Not only that, it seems to be only the images I uploaded that are having a problem. Images connected to the theme and the pages themselves are loading fine. But my images are taking way too long. Longer than I’m willing to wait. Longer than it took me to write this post.

    I checked WordPress.com’s status here: http://status.automattic.com/ According to that page, there doesn’t seem to be any problems. But obviously, there are.

    Does anyone know what’s going on? I use a lot of images on my site and this is not on.
