Images Not Showing When Uploading to Create My Page

Hello, I just started to create my website and every time I try to upload an image from my media library it is blank and shows no pictures. We just transferred our domain to your service about a year ago and I am just getting the time now to create our website and have had no luck to finish this and go live. I have tried all instructions online that I can find and nothing is working PLEASE HELP!

I see that the domain modicalandscaping.com was registered at WordPress.com but the domain is pointing to another host currently. We’re only able to assist with sites hosted at WordPress.com. You will want to contact the web host the site is currently hosted with to see if they’re able to assist.
