Icon title

I want my posts to have in titles a pic too.
How can I do that? Or wich theme/plugin has an option for it?

We do not have plug-ins at wordpress.com. If you are self hosting a blog or if you have a webhost you need to be over here http://wordpress.org

To select a theme go here -> Dashboard -> Presentation -> Themes (click on the theme you want)
All posts have titles and all allow for images too.
