    Hello there, if you go into your account settings and click the Manage Purchases tab you are able to request a refund and turn off auto renewal if you have that on as well. Keep in mind that there is a 30 day refund policy for plans, and 48 hours for custom domains. After this time period it is not possible to receive a refund.

    I will be happy to help you get this sorted. First, let me know what your future plans are for webgigs.graphics.

    – Do you want to keep that domain?
    – Or us it again in the future at any capacity?

    Once a domain is cancelled, it can be impossible to regain ownership of it again. This needs to be considered as a permanent decision. This is also why we have not processed the remaining ₹2800 as a refund. That is the domain portion.
