I need the more tag links on top of the entry

Add topic to favorites
When I clik on “more” tag in my blog, the page with the all content appears just on the line when i putted the more tag.
I need when I click on more tag, it links on top of the page.

the more tag won’t link at the top of the page unless you put it right at the beginning of your post, if i’m not mistaken. but that way you won’t be able to put teaser intros for your posts.
