  I have a domain name and I just want to transfer my existing site to siteground. Your site is not allowing me to attach a plugin to my domain.

  I wanted to get clarification on what you a referring to when you mention attaching a plugin to your domain. You can indeed have plugin capability via our Business Plan: http://wordpress.com/business
  
  What is the URL of your domain? I do not see one connected to the account you are contacting us from. If you can share what you would like to accomplish with your plugin and domain, I’m confident we can point you in the right direction for support.
