  Hello , I would like to upload a zip file to my wordpress . Unfortunately , I don’t see the Pluggins button anymore on the side bar of my wordpress dashboard :-s . Could you please send me the answer to (email visible only to moderators and staff) ?

  Plugins can be used for self-hosted blogs only, Here in wordpress.com, No one can use plugins.
