I can’t see my recent transaction

  • I made a transaction for the first time. my account got deducted, paying for the amount specified for the plan. But I cannot see if reflecting on my purchases or my billing history. Is this supposed to be automatic so we don’t have to come to this point?

  • Hey there, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  • Yup. I’ve already done that before. Logging out to my account for all my devices. and logged in to just one. but still the same. I’ve also did recovery for email or username, but that is not the case because I really don’t have any duplicate account. I am only using one email and I don’t use my username to log in, just my email.

  • I will try that. But support has not been very supportive lately. It has been 3 days since the transaction occurred, I hope a solution will arrive soon. It’s a bit frustrating that billing problems aren’t resolved quickly, especially considering I am a free plan user. I could be recurring client, but an experience like this can’t be forgotten easily.
