I can't open the backstage page

    I’m trying to change the background. After I I logged in the admin account from my website, I clicked ‘theme options’, then the website turned to be blank and no matter how many times I refresh the page, it’s still blank. So what can i do now? The website I’m working on is http://www.liumeibang.net/
    Could you please help me with this issue?

    I took a look at your website liumeibang.net and it appears that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com. Right now it’s pointing to Blue Host.
     
    Generally that means you are a WordPress.org user. While they might seem the same, there are actually some pretty substantial differences between the two systems. You can find out more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
     
    The forum you’re on right now is dedicated to WordPress.com sites only. While we won’t be able to help you here, if you go to https://wordpress.org/support/ there’s a pretty good chance you’ll be able to get some assistance for your site.
     
    With that being said, it sounds like something weird may be going on with your browser. I would try logging in via another browser to see if that fixes it. If it doesn’t then take a look at https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ and see if any of the fixes there may help out.
     
    I hope that gets you started in the right direction. If those don’t work then the WordPress.org support forums should be able to help out further.
