  I see this message for a few days ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’ Can you help?

  Hi there,

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck while it’s processing an import — sorry about that! I reset your site’s importer so you can try that import again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
