I can’t deactivate A Jetpack CRM plugin

    This is why I try not to do much on my site, because it feels like a plugin that is installed becomes a huge problem. 24hrs ago I installed Jetpack CMR plugin for no apparent reason (maybe I thought it would be helpful somehow) and now it won’t let me delete it, not deactivate it. I can’t even restore the backup for the previous day. I tried searching on Youtube going through tens of videos but can’t figure out any of that pHp admin stuff and am really on the edge with this issue. I know I just need to somehow get a hold of the files of the plugin and delete them to get my page running again, but I’m not familiar with any of the coding / advanced stuff so feeling quite overwhelmed. I can’t reach anyone in support and before had the chat option available with the creator plan, but now it seems to be changed for annual paying creators. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
