    Hey there, your website is working just fine. The domain you provided says that you’ve moved to a new domain which is https://englishsharedfutures.co.uk/ hosted here. It is also working just fine on my end. Can you elaborate further on the error you’re getting?

    If it’s for the co.uk domain you can contact https://wordpress.com/help/contact to get priority support.

    If it’s regarding the first domain, please try contacting you hosting provider as you are using the self-hosted version of wordpress. I believe you are using Nominet for hosting. This forum is only for WordPress.com managed hosting related queries.

    This applies to the domain in your title too but you will need to contact FastHost which is your hosting provider for https://www.artsandhums.org . I hope this helps.

    I’m not seeing any record of these sites being hosted on WordPress.com.

    Could they be sites built with the WordPress open source software (from WordPress.org) and hosted elsewhere?
