  Hi Janneth,

  This is a forum for WordPress.com hosted sites. If your site is a WordPress site, it would be on the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org).

  I would recommend calling your hosting provider, HostGator, regarding your website. I can see it is currently a blank page. They should have an answer for you.
