How to transfer rights to renew domain to all admin?

    Recently, my domain expired. (Though it was set to renew automatically, the credit card we had in the account is no longer active.) It says that only the “subscription owner” can renew the subscription, and I do not have the credentials to log in as that user.

    Is there a way to transfer the title of “subscription owner” to another admin? Or is there a way that an admin can renew a premium plan subscription?

    Other info:

    subscription owner is user “thedavidsoninternational” which I can no longer access. I need user “ingupta” to become subscription owner so I can renew the domain on a premium plan.

    Yes, staff can help you with that. However, the request will need to be made from the account that owns the upgrade currently. You must be able to log into the thedavidsoninternational account.
