How to put a border to divide widget area from blog content?

    My website is not public yet, but the theme is Palm Beach (basic).

    I’ve tried nearly every code, and nothing seems to work. I just want a border or a line that separates the sidebar widget section form the blog content section. Every code that I’m trying I put in the editor style.css section, but nothing is working.

    Please help, I’m so terrible at this :(
