How to move the Reply | Edit | Follow buttons to the top of the blog post
-
On my sciencesprings blog, the Reply | Edit | Follow buttons are at the top of the posts where I want them. But on my musicsprings blog they are buried near the bottom and thus harder for the reader to find and access. How do I get them to be at the top like they are on my sciencesprings blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I am so sorry but I don`t understand what you mean. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question
Which browser and version of it are you using?
Screenshots can be very helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

If you look at http://sciencesprings.wordpress.com, you will see “Reply | Edit | Follow at the top, easily findable. if you look at http://musicsprings.wordpress.com you will see buttons for Reply, Follow, Reblog and Like at the bottom, too far for some people to go and find. I want them at the top.
I can send screen shots, but I do not see a spot to do that.
Thanks for your help.

Yes and as that page has setup instructions for the theme I thought it might help. As it doesn’t I will type modlook into the sidebar tags of this thread for Staff help.

Hello there, The difference between your two sites is that you’re using a different P2 theme on each:
On sciencesprings.wordpress.com < https://wordpress.com/theme/p2/
On musicsprings.wordpress.com < https://wordpress.com/theme/p2-breathe/
Breathe/Oxygen is the newer version of the P2 theme.
-
So, I prefer https://wordpress.com/theme/p2/ . How do I move http://musicsprings.wordpress.com to that theme?
-
Hello again, https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes < Read me first. :)
If you want to activate the P2 Classic theme on musicsprings then go to your themes dashboard at https://wordpress.com/themes/musicsprings.wordpress.com and use the search box and look for P2. When it comes up, click the 3 dots in the lower right corner of the thumbnail box and click either Activate to immediately make the theme active on your site, or Try & Customize to see how your current content looks in that theme.

Thanks so much. I got it done and I am much happier. You should tell the developer of P2/breath he or she buried these important buttons poorly.
