How to Embed Non-YouTube Video

Hello,

I know how to embed YouTube videos. But I am trying to embed a video from MediaKing5, which is not listed as part of the standard embed sites, and would like to know how to embed it on my wordpress.com blog. Here is the embed link for the video:

I placed square brackets at each end of the embed code and that at least got me an image in draft mode. But when I publish it, the only thing that shows up is the URL link.
