  Hello, I am the owner of this blog but I need a way to curate who can receive subscriptions via e-mail. I am particularly keen to drop one e-mail ID.

  Not able to find a way to do this myself. Can you help?

  No, there is not a way to block spam followers. There has been a lot of discussion on this issue.
