How to edit a 'posts page'?
-
How can I edit the page assigned to show all the recent posts automatically. I don’t see anything in the edit section.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello cinamonaucafe,
To clarify, you’d like to edit the home page that you are using that automatically shows your most recent posts?
To change how many show up, or to set a static page, you can adjust the home page option in Settings -> Reading in your wp-admin panel.
I hope this helps!

Hi, yes – a static page.
However, I want to edit the layout of its appearance by editing CSS code. Is that not possible? -
Hello cinamonaucafe,
You can edit the CSS of the site if you are on a Premium or Business level plan. More information on that process can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/
I hope this helps!

Hello @cinamonaucafe,
It seems that both hellojobinparis.com and indianceo.in are not hosted by WordPress.com.
Are you referring to another site?
If you are referring to one of two sites above, your site is a self-hosted site with WordPress.org software. Actually, there are two types of WordPress: WordPress.com and WordPress.org. Here is the support forum of WordPress.com. Therefore, you are questioning in the wrong forum.
We are very sorry that we can’t assist you here. Please kindly get support in the support forum of WordPress.org. I hope it will be resolved ASAP.
If you don’t know the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, the following support page helps your understanding.

If you are referring to your WordPress.com site, you can’t make changes to your site with CSS codes unless you have Premium or Business upgrade, as @discokoffing mentioned.
However, if you are referring to hellojobinparis.com or indianceo.in, you can do CSS customization definitely since those two sites are self-hosted site with WordPress.org :)
Thanks,
