How to continue a long post

Add topic to favorites
May be it is a stupid question, but I just can’t get it. If the post is too long and you want to show on the main blog page just the beginning of the post and continue it on the particular post page, how can you do that?

Where you want the “break”, just use the “more” tab in the editor:
