How to Change URL for a Specific P2

    When I created a P2, I think the system automatically created a P2 named ‘General’. However, I wanted to change the P2 name to ‘Forum’, which I did. But I can’t figure out how to also change the URL from to . Is this possible?

    Hi @jjdayatatime, P2 is set up a bit differently from regular WordPress.com sites, but it looks like it should be possible to change the address, according to these FAQs:

    Can I use P2 with a custom domain?
    It is not currently possible to use P2 with a custom domain that you control. You can, however, change the subdomain to anything you want, as long as it’s available.

    Note that’s what info I see now in November 2021 — it may not remain current!

    I’ll double check on this for you to be sure.

    Thanks. Yeah, I saw that too, but I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to actually do it. It’s not a big deal. Was just wondering if I maybe just wasn’t looking in the right place. (Perhaps the functionality is reserved for P2+ users).
