how to archive older posts

how to archive without deleting older posts. I have the archive list sidebar, but my blog site is one very long page. Can I move older posts into an archive, or new tab for archived posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

you can use your archive widget,(go to settings, change appearence, widget and drag anddrop your latest articles and comments if you wantor you can use the shortcode[archive]to have your sitemap, which is very useful

You could also experiment with the “reading” settings (click “settings” from your dashboard and then click “reading”). There are a few options there that may help you present your blog in the way you would like.
For example, if you have infinity scroll (http://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/) turned on, which it appears that you do, you might try turning it off.

If you prefer the old-school way, and disable the feature in Settings → Reading, you’ll instead see a “Load more posts” button at the bottom of the page, which loads the next available content quickly after the button is clicked—avoiding a full, slow page reload. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/06/12/to-infinity-and-beyond/
When clicked “Load More Posts” displays 7 more posts.
Disabling the infinite scroll feature to get rid of the pop-up in the footer results in a “Load More Posts” tab, and you can’t disable that “Load More Posts” tab from appearing and have “previous post” and “next post” links, without the Custom Design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
