How to add iOS app icon for website

Is there any widget or way of adding an iOS png image for use with the ‘save to homescreen’ function with iOS devices so that it’s a custom image? I’ve noticed there is a plug-in for wordpress.org websites, is there any options for wordpress.com websites?
