Hi,
If you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, then see the following:
child pages
- Parent Page section of the Page Attributes support page
tags
- Tags support page
tag archive pages
- Example: If you have posts with the tag “Remedy” on the site https://withgoodintent.com/, then the tag archives page is automatically created and will have the address https://withgoodintent.com/tag/remedy.
adding a link to a tag archive page to a custom menu
- Category Pages & Menus section of the Categories support page; for tags, substitute tags for categories in the instructions and illustration

This may be easier to follow. Basically the same info as above, more clearly arranged.
For a WordPress.com site:
- On child pages — see the Parent Page section of the Page Attributes support page
- On tags — see the Tags support page
- On “pages for specific tags,” by which I think you mean tag archive pages — These are created automatically each time you add a tag to one or more posts. Example: If you have one or more posts with the tag “Remedy” on the site https://withgoodintent.com/, then the tag archives page is automatically created and will have the address https://withgoodintent.com/tag/remedy.
- On adding a link to a tag archive page to a custom menu — see the Category Pages & Menus section of the Categories support page; for tags, substitute tags for categories in the instructions and illustration
