Will you please post a screenshot because I cannot see anything that is blue in color here http://recordsfacts.wordpress.com/ I see black and charcoal gray only in the Admin bar and menu.
Will you provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide screenshots you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

Like Timethief, I’m not seeing a blue header anywhere on your site at http://recordsfacts.wordpress.com – it looks all black to me, so perhaps you’ve already made the necessary changes?
Traction comes with three built-in colour schemes – blue, red, and green. The scheme can be changed under Appearance > Theme Options, Color Scheme:
https://recordsfacts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=ttf-admin.phpYou do have the mobile theme active, so if you’re looking at your stie on a small mobile device like most phones, there is a turquoise bar at the top.
If that’s the header you’re referring to, you would need some Custom CSS in order to override it and change the colour to something else.
If you need further help, let us know.
