How get podcast stats?

Add topic to favorites
I have a podcast on my wordpress.com site http://www.asmruniversity.com

I created it by following the wordpress instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/podcasting/

Unfortunately following those instructions results in a podcast without any stats (like number of subscribers or listeners).

I think I need to integrate feedburner or something?

Does anyone have some instructions for the steps I would add to the wordpress podcast instructions so I can view podcast stats?

Thanks for the links timethief.

The first link I had in my initial post.

But the second was very useful bc although it did not explain how to do ti, it confirmed that the concept should work. This was the confirmation I needed to power on and wrestle with it till it worked…and I did it.

I started another wordpress podcast, but fed this one through feedburner before sending it to iTunes.

The feed worked ok on iTunes (initial feed test). Now I am just waiting for it to be reviewed and approved by iTunes.

If all goes well then I will redo my first wordpress podcast to feed that one through feedburner also (the down side will be that my subscribers will need to resubscribe).
