  There is not a formal blog list on WordPress.com, but if you login to your blog, then select the Dashbord, there is a top list and a fastest growing blog list there. Top and current posts are lised there too.

  Also when logged in, if you select ‘view site’ from the dashboard, you will then see a ‘Next’ button in the top right corner of your page. Select that repeatedly to view random WordPress.com blogs (all languages, so keep going).
