Hi! It sounds like you need category pages. Here’s how you’d set them up on our services:
https://wordpress.com/support/menus/add-categories-to-a-menu/Your site isn’t hosted here, and I can’t see whether it’s set up differently in any major ways, so if that article does not help I’d recommend reaching out in the forums for the free WordPress code instead, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
I hope this helps! And here’s the difference between our hosting service and the free software:

Thank you, this helped slightly. I have understood how to get the posts to show up under a category and how to add a category to a menu, however I now have two follow up questions.
First, I have managed to create a menu with sub items. My issue now is that I want the post to show up under the sub item page. I currently have to repeat this with a category sub-sub item.
For clarity what I want is:
http://www.blog.com/recipes/lunch/ – this is where I want all my “lunch” recipes to show and then when I click on a recipe the URL to be http://www.blog.com/recipes/lunch/recipe-name/What I currently have is:
http://www.blog.com/recipes/lunch – Nothing shows up. I have added a sub item category which creates the following http://www.blog.com/category/recipes/lunchSecondly, when the recipes show up under the category sub item, they are listed in chronological order down a long page, can I edit this to show as a grid or bullet points etc?
Thank you

Hi there,
We are not able to help further since we do not allow for the customization of blog posts on WordPress.com.
However, it is possible to customize the permalink of your self-hosted site, the one you have with Bluehost.
Because Bluehost uses a different version of the WordPress platform from the one we offer here on our managed WordPress.com hosting service, we are not able to assist you further, but you can find help here in the forums for your variant of WordPress: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
