Hi,
Please refer to the following support pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/The first one explains you how to import the content of your website, while the second one tells you how to use your domain on WordPress.com.
If you need further information please let me know.
Happy blogging!

If we do not have an importing tool for your particular platform, you will need to try and convert it into one of the accepted formats so that you can use the proper importer. This means you first convert your blog to one of the services mentioned above (such as Blogger), and then import your blog from Blogger to WordPress.com.
This may sound a bit tedious.
I had a look at your website and I suggest you to import your content “manually” (copy and paste basically). -
Before upgrading, can I get a test map of resbaptist.org into resbaptist.wordpress.com (or is it resbaptisttest.wordpress.com)? I am testing out wordpress.

Example:
Create a page or post on WordPress.com (here is the difference between the two: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/). Copy a page from http://www.resbaptist.org and paste it on your new page/post on your WordPress.com site.By the way, I suggest you to have a look at this link: https://learn.wordpress.com/
It is quite important to read if you want to get the most from WordPress.com. -

Both are possible. When you add a post/page, you have a “Visual” (text) and a “HTML” version.
