Some theme templates are code to display the time but most are not.
What is the exact URL of the site you are referring to?
This one at http://alarecherchedelaveriteabsolue.wordpress.com/ has not been updated since 8 mars 2009.

Hi,
When I started with my first blog (http://alarecherchedelaveriteabsolue.wordpress.com/), the time was displayed and I did’nt change the theme.
These are the URL of my five blogs I would like to display the time:http://alarecherchedelaveriteabsolue.wordpress.com/
http://approfondissement.wordpress.com/
http://unitesupreme.wordpress.com/
http://journaldunmessage.wordpress.com/
http://temoignagespirituel.wordpress.com/Thank you for your help.

The bottom line is that if the theme templates code does not include a timestamp then there is no ability to include it.
Those sites are using a very old retired theme (Kubrick) and retired themes do not support all wordpress.COM features.

@alarecherchedelaveriteabsolue:
I recommend you switch to a newer theme. As timethief mentions, the one you’re using is retired.
If you want a nice, clean theme, I recommend you give Twenty-Twelve a try:
https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentytwelve/Few themes will display the time on each post, but if you hover your mouse over the date of a post in Twenty-Twelve, the time will show up in a “tooltip” box. This should be sufficient, as the vast majority of readers aren’t likely to be concerned with the exact time at which a post is published.
