How can I cancel a site transfer ?

    Hello,

    I made a mistake and while trying to find the price of a transfer for the site of one of my associations, I unfortunately asked for the transfer of the site in question.
    But I do not wish to do so.
    I cancelled the order in the shopping cart, is that enough to cancel the transfer?
    If not, what should I do?
    I’ve checked the current website administration and there’s mention of a transfer and it’s actually locked against it.

    I’m not sure what you mean by a site transfer. What exactly did you buy, and where did you buy it?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here only owns four free WordPress.com sites, and has never bought anything from us.
