Hidden and Visible WordPress Sites

    In an effort to revisit, clean up, and manage old sites, I am continually redirected to a page that says “You have 4 hidden WordPress sites. To manage them here, set them to visible.” Clicking Change Visibility brings me to the following screen:

    Clicking Hablog takes me to the WP Admin portion of that site. However, many of the links in the left-hand menu redirect to the aforementioned page. Clicking any of the links under Linked Blogs results in 404 errors because I no longer own the domains.

    What can I do to, at the very least, export content from these sites?
