    I have tried paying for my plan and even made this new account here instead of using my account from 2011.

    I still get the same error when trying to pay.
    “The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.”

    I have tried both my card and my paypal. Same outcome.

    Can i please have some help, kind of urgent!
