Hero Image not resizing

I need some help. The header image does not resize for mobile or tablet when the screen size is adjusted.
I have checked and tried all of the methods from different support sections and still nothing works. This is the only page that does not resize.
Any help would be so welcome :)

To get that to behave as you require, you would ideally need to reach out to the theme developer for assistance.
