Help with adjusting data according to users time zone

    so as part of a WordPress sporting website I am trying to start I would like to include the starting times of the game being played in the users local time. I have already recorded all of the data, however I still have not figured out a way of identifying the users location (or timezone), and then adjusting the data to show the time in the users location. I have changed all of the data to be shown in a standard UTC timezone, so I think it will just be a matter of adding or taking away the time zone number from the recorded time… just need to figure out a way to do it! Any help, ideas or tips will be appreciated! Any questions, fire away :)
