Hello everyone, I have a doubt, I own a WordPress website, I would like to create ANOTHER wordpress site, and I would like to sync as posts of the two sites, ie always I post in one, one post goes the same way for the other How can I do this?

That’s called creating duplicate content and I strongly suggest that you become aware of the SEO impact of doing what search engines do NOT approve of.
There is no automatic way to do this unless you want to do a site content export import which I do NOT recommend.
