HELP! New Phone Number, Unable to Log In (2 Factor Authenticate Fail)

I recently got a new phone number and unable to access my account — my main account. (I made this account to be able to post this HELP question).
I’ve tried account recovery, but all info is sent to the old phone number. And I don’t have any codes or verification emails.
