Header Image Issues

I’ve tried two different themes with header images and they never display the way they do in the sample. Goran doesn’t display at all and Superhero showed my image, very small in the black line across the top. I had resized the image before I even uploaded it. Please help.

In each case did you consult the detailed theme description pages and the relevant support docs linked to on those pages?

This is the live demo link http://superherodemo.wordpress.com/Superhero features a Custom Header that can be set under Appearance → Header. However, many bloggers assume the featured Featured Content Section at the top is the header when it is not. Superhero does not have a full width header image. The full width images are in the featured post slider.
Superhero header > Dashboard > Appearance > Header
Suggested width for the header image is 480 pixels. Suggested height is 150 pixels.If you want to have featured images in posts appearing in the featured post slider across the top of the blog then you have to set featured images. You need to Create a post with a featured image that’s at least 960px wide, set it as a featured image and give the featured post the tag you declared under Settings → Reading → Featured Content.

To add a Custom Header go to Appearance → Header and select your header image.Your Custom Header will be displayed on Pages, as well as on blog archives. If you’ve added a Featured Image to a Page, it will be displayed instead of the Custom Header. The Custom Header will be displayed on the homepage, as long as you’ve set it to display a static page.
The Custom Header is not displayed on the blog page or individual blog posts.
