Have an image show up on the homepage

Hi there,
I have just joined wordpress and have paid for The Writer theme. I was just wondering how I load an image, so then it can link through from the homepage to the blog.

Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com yet? As well, check out the demo for that particular theme. I believe each premium theme comes with staff support in the Themes forum, so you can look there as well.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. As a “newbie” to WordPress, I haven’t quite mastered all of the learnings yet, so I will check it out more thoroughly.

I will definitely take your advice and check out the Staff Support, in the Themes forum.

Part of what you purchased is support direct from the theme’s designer. The person with the username account who purchased the theme can post to the Premium Theme Support forum for the theme to get help with it in the Premium Theme Support forum.
