Add topic to favorites
I have 2 HOME pages, one is classified as FRONT PAGE, one is DRAFT. The one in FRONT PAGE has legit website link on it, however, one in DRAFT has permalink with /home-2/ at the end. I cannot trash one in DRAFT because it will disappear from the MENU BAR on the FRONT PAGE. This is very confusing. Please advise. Thank you!

Do you have a custom menu displayed in the navigation bar? If so, any deleted item can be easily replaced. It’s not clear to me why deleting a draft page would result in a custom menu item disappearing. It shouldn’t have any effect upon a custom navigation menu, but if you find that to be the case, then the menu item can be immediately replaced, if necessary, this time linked to the published front page.

A menu item may be added to a custom menu as described in the Add Menu Items section of the Site Menus support page.
